Refund policy

All sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.

Exceptions:

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or resolution.
For flight training, aircraft rental, or simulator sessions, once a booking is confirmed it is non-refundable, but may be rescheduled according to our scheduling policies.

We reserve the right to deny claims if the item shows signs of use, damage not related to shipping, or falls outside of the stated timeframe.
