Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Because of the specialized nature of our services, all purchases are final. This applies to discovery flights, aircraft rentals, simulator sessions, courses, and merchandise.

• Discovery Flights: Bookings are non-refundable once purchased. Flights may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.

• Aircraft Rentals: Once rental time is booked, it cannot be canceled or refunded. Rescheduling may be allowed per instructor or dispatch availability.

• Simulator Time (Frasca, ITD, ALSIM): All simulator bookings are final. Sessions may be rescheduled if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.

• Merchandise: All merchandise sales are final, except in cases of shipping damage or defect as outlined in the Return & Refund Policy.

Failure to show for a scheduled flight, rental, or simulator session will result in forfeiture of the purchase.
